March 2007 Newsletter
Winter is nearly over and now is the time to
replenish your wardrobe for spring 2007
When it comes to colour, spring 2007 is either very shy or very bold
Neutral colours abound. The cocoas, the coffees, the cappuccinos are all there with the sands, the ivories and the taupes.
The bold colours are yellow-based and neon-like: think bright yellow of course but also greens and violets.
If you want to bring colour into your wardrobe you will be safe with colours which usually show their faces in the winter time. Think of purples and lovely teals. Both of these are “universal” colours and will suit all complexions so, if in doubt, they are safe to wear whatever your colouring.
The hipsters of the last two summers have all but disappeared and have been replaced by high-waisted pants. These are excellent on women with long bodies and shorter legs (because it will elongate the legs).
Bring the metals into your wardrobe. A little silver / gunmetal / steel / pewter (for those with cool undertones in their palette) or gold / bronze (for everyone else) will do the trick to update your wardrobe: think a cardigan, think shoes/sandals, handbags, scarves and don’t shy away from bulky necklaces and bangles. Huge knuckleduster rings will do too!
With spring coming, your limbs will come out of their cocoons, so make sure you catch up on grooming – that leg wax you keep putting off is now becoming urgent. Later on when it gets too warm to wear tights, keep the spray tan going.

All about your Mother
18th March is Mother’s Day and a colour me beautiful gift package or
gift voucher is just what Mothers need for a bit of “me” time. If your budget doesn’t stretch to these, a copy of Colour Me Confident and a nice cup of tea might be what is needed to tell her you love her.
